Our venue, Venue56, is fully equipped to accommodate your event needs, ensuring every gathering is both comfortable and memorable. While we offer a generous assortment of chairs and tables, including both round and rectangular options, our commitment is to provide the necessary furnishings to create the perfect setting for your event.The architectural design of Venue56 captures the essence of modern elegance, with its spacious interiors designed to welcome natural light, enhancing the ambiance of your event. Although we may not feature 30-foot cathedral ceilings or ten-foot windows like some venues, our space is thoughtfully designed to create an inviting and versatile environment for a wide range of events.

At Venue56, we are dedicated to offering a setting that not only meets but exceeds your expectations for an event venue. Whether you're planning a small gathering or a large celebration, our facilities are here to accommodate your vision.

We understand the importance of hassle-free parking for your events, which is why Venue56 proudly offers ample free parking options to ensure a smooth experience for you and your guests. Our venue is situated in a plaza with plenty of free parking spaces, capable of accommodating a significant number of vehicles, which effectively eliminates any worries about parking availability. This blend of on-site and nearby parking options ensures that arriving at and departing from your event at Venue56 is effortless for all your guests.

OVERTIME: Per Venue56 policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated, and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.

CLEANING / DAMAGES: The cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it. Guests must respect the space and tidy up after themselves. Guests must remove any equipment or rentals they bring in and should factor this setup and teardown time into their booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be billed to the credit card on file per Venue56 policy.

FURNITURE: Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.

MISCELLANEOUS: There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. Please refer to Venue56 Terms and Conditions for all other rules.

At Venue56, we have a cancellation policy in place to ensure efficient scheduling and fair treatment for all our clients.

Non-Refundable Retainer: A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking. This retainer serves as a commitment fee and guarantees your reserved date and time. In the event of cancellation, the retainer amount will not be refunded.

Balance Payments: Any payments made toward the balance of your booking are non-refundable as well. This includes payments made beyond the initial retainer.

Cancellation Notice: We require a non-refundable retainer for the date requested. The date can be moved one time if the event needs to be canceled for the original date requested.

To help limit the spread of the coronavirus, Venue56 has protocols in place so guests can book with peace of mind. We do the following prior to each booking:

• Sweep, mop, and clean the space.
  

• Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  

• Clean common areas allowing guest access, including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  

• Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  

• Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
